PUMP: Three-piston pump giving up to 1200psi at a volume of 3gpm (13lts) per minute. Pump is oil bath lubricated.

HEATER: Water is heated by a diesel/paraffin fuelled burner (tank capacity 251ts). As a safety measure the burner may not be operated until working pressure is developed in the pump. When the gun is in the off position, fuel to the burner is cut off. The burner ignites automatically on trigger activation, also a safety valve is fitted to minimise damage to the boiler.

DELIVERY HOSE AND GUN: Delivery is by 50ft of pressure hose with a trigger operated gun and cadmium-plated lance incorporating an adjustable nozzle.

WATER INLET: Water supply is from a mains source into header tank fitted with a low pressure ball valve and filter.

CHEMICAL INJECTION: A chemical injection valve is fitted as standard to all machines and enables a detergent to be fed into the wash.

CHASSIS: Base and lid constructed of steel and zintec then plastic coated, mounted on two 6in. pneumatic wheels.

DRIVE: 3hp single phase motor direct coupled to the pump.
