Philips continue to be market leaders in terms of the quality and longevity of their Infra Red Bulbs. The "standard hard glass" range comprises of 150 and 250w Clear Glass and 250w Ruby Red Glass. The Philips PAR 38 Infra Red range offer a more robust bulb with greater energy efficiency as more of the heat is reflected downwards towards the target.  PAR bulbs are available as 100 and 175w Clear Glass and 175W Ruby Red Glass.
