Introduction: Phillard Pressure Washers In the mid 1970’s there was a gap in the market for a robust, easy to use and maintain hot water pressure washer that would withstand harsh operating conditions - we filled that gap. Our range has evolved over time - but our original principles remain. The Phillard1500H is a single phase hot & cold water pressure washer - capable of producing a water pressure of 1,500 psi at a volume of 12 litres per min. An all steel chassis with large pneumatic wheels and simple components make it unique in a market dominated by complicated, plastic bodied machines.
